As remarkable as it may seem, we are getting ready for the end of the school year! Here is the Spring 2018 Final Exam Schedule.

​FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE (Grade 12)
June 2018
 
SENIORS: Seniors will take their final exams on Wednesday June 13th and Thursday June 14th, during their regularly scheduled class times. Make-up exams for seniors  will be by appointment with the teacher on  the morning of Friday, June 15th. If there are mixed grade classes where the majority of the student are in 12th grade, teachers may decide to give the exam to underclassmen as well. Underclassmen are expected to attend class through June 14th.
The rest of the underclassmen will have regularly scheduled classes on 6/13 and 6/14.
 
Senior Exams Wednesday, June 13th (Purple Day)
8:45 - 10:05                Block 1 and Period 1 (Purple Days Block 1)
10:10 - 11:30              Block 2 and Period 3 (Purple Days Block 2)
Seniors will attend Blocks 3 and 4 as they are regularly scheduled except for those who have alternating classes. Blocks 3 and 4 exams should not be given during this time, unless it is a Purple Day class ONLY. Period 5 and 9 classes should give exams, if applicable.
11:35 - 12:50               (Block 3 Purple Day classes ONLY)  Period 5
1:25 - 2:05                   ACE
2:10 - 3:30                   (Block 4 Purple Day classes ONLY)  Period 8
 
Senior Exams Thursday, June 14th (White Day)
8:45 - 10:05                 Block 1 and Period 2 (White Days Block 1)
10:10 - 11:30               Block 2 and Period 4 (White Days Block 2)
11:35 - 12:50               Block 3 and Period 6
**All students taking Block 3 exams will have Lunch C
1:25 - 2:05                  ACE
2:10 - 3:30                   Block 4 and Period 9
 
Students will not be dismissed from examination rooms until the end of each exam period.
 
SENIORS ONLY need to be in school for their scheduled exams on June 13 and June 14.
ALL OTHER STUDENTS need to be in their regularly scheduled classes until the last day of classes on June 14th.
 
Seniors who need to make up exams should schedule these with their teachers for the morning of graduation: Friday, June 15. Senior exams MUST be completed by 11:30 on June 15.



FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE (Grades 9-11)
June 2018
 
GRADES 9-11: Students will need to be in school only for their scheduled exams. Students who must remain in school to wait for a ride may sit in the cafeteria or study quietly in the library, but may not be in the halls. All classes will meet during the assigned exam time. The schedule in parenthesis ( ) are for students with block classes scheduled every other day.
Busses depart at the regular time: 3:30.
 
Friday, June 15th
8:45 – 10:10                Block 1 and Period 1 (Purple Days Block 1)
10:25 – 11:50              Block 2 and Period 3 (Purple Days Block 2)
11:50 – 12:20              Lunch
12:25 – 1:50                Period 2 (White Days Block 1)
2:05 – 3:30                  Period 4 (White Days Block 2)
 
Monday, June 18th
8:45 – 10:10                Block 3 and Period 5 (Purple Days Block 3)
10:25 – 11:50              Block 4 and Period 8 (Purple Days Block 4)
11:50 – 12:20              Lunch
12:25 – 1:50                Period 6 (White Days Block 3)
2:05 – 3:30                  Period 9 (White Days Block 4)
